We canβt thank Carl at Mr. Tire enough for his incredible customer service! We were on our way to an important event when the low engine oil warning light suddenly came on in our brand-new vehicle. Needless to say, we were stressed and worried about making it safely. Carl immediately took the time to inspect our car, quickly identified that the oil level was just slightly low, and took care of the issue right away. What impressed us most wasnβt just his knowledgeβit was his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our situation. He understood we were in a hurry, got us back on the road quickly, and reassured us that we would make it to our event safely. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Carl went above and beyond. He treated us with respect, explained everything clearly, and turned a stressful moment into a positive experience. Thank you, Carl, for your outstanding service and for showing what true customer care looks like. Mr. Tire is fortunate to have someone like you on their team. We highly recommend Carl and this location to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Kevin was extremely thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with my vehicle. As someone who isnβt particularly knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated how he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Kevin provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the recommended repairs. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Mr. Tire and will definitely be returning for future service!

Valve stem broke down the street in the Kroger parking lot in one of our tires. Called this location as they were .3 miles away. Could not have had a better experience. They were very helpful and got us in and out of there in less then an hour without having to replace tire. Did not try to push any other services and price was great. Made a crappy situation much better. Taylor N was who was helping us. He was outstanding and made the process that much easier.

My experience with Mr Tire service center has been excellent. My vehicle and I have been treated with best care and will continue working with them. The manager, David, and his mechanics are very qualified and explained all possible would-be issues.

I called Mr. Tire Alpharetta and explained to David that I was a woman traveling alone and had a flat tire on the back passenger side. I drove in on the spare on and left my car. They call saying my tire had a puncture in a spot that could not be repaired and that, since my VOLVO is all-wheel drive, I would need to replace both tires. I shell out $1100 for 2 new tires. I leave Mr. Tire Alpharetta, Keith (I believe) tells me the tire sensor lights will go off after a few miles. They did. They came right back on 10 minutes into my drive back to Alabama. I stop a Jiffy Lube for air and my pressure is already half what it should be on a front tire this time. They add air. I continue home. Around Lithia Springs my lights come back on . I stop at yet another tire shop parking lot. I call Mr. Tire Alpharetta again, Keith again I believe, ask him if they checked all the tires because my front tire is now low and asked why my new tires where on the front. He assures me that he checked them all and they were at full pressure when they turned my car back over to me. I go inside the new tire shop and tell him my situation. He says, ma'am these are new tires on the front and it is the new tire
